I stopped at a 4 way stop sign. I waved to a person who was waiting to cross, he waved for me to go on. Three blocks away I got stopped an given a ticket for not stopping. On the ticket the actual speed was 0.0 speed, how fast should I be going was 0.0 speed. I am pleading not guilty and it said it was a cloudy day. I am a hispanic in a white neighbor hood.
