I am 10 months married w/ conditional green card holder, my husband is abusing prescription drug and he abuse me emotionally he doesn't want me to work he always told me if i work i need to move out in his house and he will call the immigration that i defrauded him even if i dont..lately he really get mad coz i told him to buy used cars coz all i want is to help him to stay away any trouble coz he is 3 yrs driving suspended and he really wants me to move out in the house..what should i do i don't want to lose my green card...

You should leave him and get a divorce. As far as your immigration status, as long as you can prove that your marriage was entered into for love, not just for a green card, you can ask for a waiver of the joint petition requirement. Please see
