How can I get my child back when I've done everything they asked and still ain't got my child back?

I didn't go to the 72 hour hearing with department of human resources because they sent a text message and I didn't receive it and department of human resources got custody of my child and now their trying to give permanent custody to the lady I put for my safety plan, I've passed all my drug tests and have a Kentucky Fried Chicken job,my own place to live, light and water n my name, go to drug classes twice a week and go to church every Sunday with my child and they refuse to let him come home
