Can I file additional Interrogatories after my initial inquiry?
If I find that I need more information before the final hearing will I need a judge's approval (i.e. order to produce)to ask that additional questions be answered?

Assuming this is a civil case, Rule 1.340 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure allow you to send up to 30 interrogatories without leave of court. If you need to send more thna that you must get permission from the Court.
