Can you turn left on a no U-turn sign?
I was making a left hand turn into a shopping center there was a no U-turn sign but didn't say I couldn't turn left but I still got a ticket for obedience to require traffic control devices

I am aware of no state in the country that allows one to turn left on red. Since most allow turning right on red, this could create a lot of traffic accidents.
