I got a dui 15 years ago, and am required by mandatory actions to have breathalyzer installed in my vehicle, and have to take dui classes, however my dui doesn't even show up on my dmv printout. I've had no traffic infractions whatsoever since that dui, would I be eligible for my class A. Thank you for your time and consideration
Maybe, you should probably call DMV Mandatory Actions, 1.916.657.6525. You have clearly served the suspension period but since you still have the DUI program and IID requirements, I'd guess you also will have to file an SR-22, these requirements make it extremely unlikely you would be hired as a commercial driver even if you could get a license.
