Video footage was used as an allegation against me from the BON where the patient was hit once on the head. Patients family didnt want to file charges. My CNA license was summarily suspended but i have 30 days to appeal. What can i expect from this case. Can i still apply/attend nursing School file being investigated?

I suppose you can apply to nursing school while this is going on but I am not sure it is wise. It would be best to get this cleared up first. I don't know what sort of defense you have if the video shows you hitting the patient. I have defended a case that was similar, it was my impression that many times the cna is bullied into just not defending herself. of course it would be best to have counsel assist you.
