I am trying to called my husband in USA from in India and I'm a US citizenship. How long the processing time for the form of I 864 ? Actually I have less income so I'm trying to do sponsor that one of my family members are helping me but Do they have to fill the form I 864 at the same time with me ?

Yes all co-signers must complete the I864 and provide the necessary documents.

It appears that you need a joint sponsor because your income does not meet the threshold minimum. If that is the case, you will sign Form I-864 and your joint sponsor will also submit Form I-864 at the same time.
