Can I sure Walmart for having me arrested?
I purchased items at Walmart and used the uscan. An item didn't scan but if u look on cameras u will see that I ran it over the scanner. I was arrested and ended up spending 3 months in jail. What can I do

Walmart didn't throw you in jail. You committed a crime against the State. The State found there was evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to find you guilty. Instead of more Court: concentrate of moving forward.
