I wrecked 400ft from my house Bought my car 2016 Nissian Rogue at 22,000 miles A year and half ago going on 2 it has 53,000 miles on it. There is 9000 worth of damages. My car values at 15,000 per insurance and I am injured however only have 2000 covered for arm, shoulder and back pain. Been in bed 2 weeks. Accident happened November 30th 2019. I am scared and feel it is unsafe for my car to be on road. Deer impacted entire front end and hit directly where my air bag sensor is and they did not deploy.

I feel your pain; I've hit 2 and my wife hit one with a week-old car. It's expensive. Unfortunately you'll probably be better off going with your own insurance than eating the huge costs of a huge airbag case; those costs might cause you to lose money.

Airbag cases are very difficult and expensive to pursue and would only be viable if there were very severe injuries.

Mr. Hoffman is correct your only option is to use your own medical pay coverage and comprehensive coverage to get your car fixed.
