It never ceases to amaze me how many people think that the practice of law is a DIY Project. Attorneys train for years, including investing in law school to learn how to handle problems, like yours, competently. If you don’t know how to fill out a simple motion, then you are not competent to represent yourself in court. If you really want to see your son, then do your son and yourself a favor and hire an attorney to help you.

This is not a pre-law legal clinic. I would be very very surprised if any lawyer reading this unusual request will honor it without first knowing (1) who you are, (2) why your mother has custody of your son, (3) why you want to end her temporary cistody, (4) who gave you the wording and advice how to do this; (5) whether your mother is OK with your plan and (6) whether your son's father is aware of this plan.
