Defendant's attorney Medical Examination per CCP 2032, can I video/audio record examination or could this possibly hurt me ?

Plaintiff pro per civil unlimited personal injury auto tort. Defendant's attorney has requested medical examination pursuant to CCP 2032. I want to video and audio record the examination, so what is said and done in the examination can be on the record, but maybe this may hurt me by my tone, body movement, responses to physician, etc......what do you think ? Can I do this, and do I have to notice defendant's attorney that I will be video and audio recording the examination either by third party or I may just set up camera on a tripod ? Is there anything under CCP that does not allow me to video and audio record examination ? I am not concerned about HIPPA, that can be waived plus it is me not someone else I am recording. I just want to make sure that what is asked from the examinating physician and my responses are actual and true and not changed with what I did not say or do. Thank you for your time, M.V. I believe that you are entitled to have the examination recorded by a "officer" such as a court reporting firm.
