Can I seal my 2 year old record in georgia?

I was arrested for aggravated assault/family violence.. I served a week in jail before being bonded out. This will be 2 years ago on Sunday, but have yet to receive a court date.. I was denied an apartment due to this being on my record. Dis bonding out automatically charge me with the crime? What should my next step be?
