Can I sue mugshotsonline.com for not removing my picture/ entry for a booking that has been dismissed/ there was no charge?

Unfortunately a mugshot is public records and even though you were not charged with a crime an arrest record is an arrest record. Your mugshot will most likely appear on several of these mugshot websites and even those jail house photo newspapers you see at the gas station. Nothing you will be able to do. Good Luck

I agree with prior posts... its a public record, I don't see a case.
