Aggravated stalking would not allow for parole eligibility after serving 1/3 of the sentence. Also, parole is not a right and it is at the discretion of the board of parole and pardons. A 2 year sentence would likely be served in its entirety regardless of offense type. When accepting a plea for 5 serve 2, that's exactly what you are accepting. No one in the court can, or does, represent that the 2 year active sentence includes parole. No one in the court has anything to due with parole. That decision belongs to the department of corrections.
