I received a letter from the New York State Department of Labor.The letter stated, please be advise that the Commissioner of Labor has withdrawn the determination(s) in the above case pending further fact finding. Should the contested determination(s) be reissued,a new hearing will be schedule as soon as possible. So what does this mean?

Well, I don't know what the "determinations" were, but most likely they dealt with an amount that the Department of Labor deemed to be payable to it. Thus, the agency decided that it needs to further review facts or gather additional information. Good luck to you.
