Do you think I have cause to sue and if so how do I go about this?

My names Aaron, and I recently just turned 18 years old. I am a server at a chain Mexican restaurant in Kansas City, MO. A female server in her 40s has been relentlessly flirting with me and making me feel very uncomfortable. While I was still 17, she told me multiple times, "If I was your age, I'd be all over you." She also calls me "sexy" or "cute" every single time I walk past her. I've asked her to stop, with no effect. I also told my manager, who told be that It's no big deal and that she's just "joking around." I want to know if you would think this whole situation is on par with grounds to file a lawsuit against my company.

The acts described may grant a basis for a hostile work environment claim. It is important that you timely use the internal grievance procedure and file your claims with the Mo. Human Rights Commission &/or EEOC ASAP. Failure to do so, may result in a forfeiture of your claims.

As usual Mr. Freeman is correct. I will add that you can’t simply sue the employer without first pursuing and exhausting the administrative remedies which he outlined in his response.
