I have been divorced now for almost 4 years. My ex husband does whatever he wants. He will also have his girlfriend, in which I don't know pick my daughter up from school. She is involving herself in deciding what's best for MY daughter. She has only been in my ex husband's life for maybe 4 months. I go back to court to adjust my child support and fix my parenting plan. He doesnt take her to any doctor appointments, activities etc. He doesn't work. He hasn't worked in almost 4 years because he went to law school while married to me and graduated May 2019, didn't complete the FL Bar and still doesn't work. There is so much more. He is verbally abusive to me. My daughter is scared to tell him things like she doesn't want him at her soccer games etc.

Because this site is not equipped to handle people-specific issues, my best advice is for you to see a lawyer. To me, nothing can be more dangerous in a courthouse than a non-admitted law graduate. The court--to some extent--can regulate who your child is exposed to and that is your basic complaint. Good Luck d
