My girlfriend is on a H1-B visa and I'm a US Citizen, how can I keep her in the US?

A US Citizen, may petition a spouse and can keep the spouse on H1 in the US.

The only option you yourself have to "keep her here" is to marry her and sponsor her for permanent residency.

Not sure what you mean by “keep her here”. You mentioned that you are a us citizen, so if you are planing on getting married, you can after the marriage file a marriage based adjustment of status. It’s best to speak with attorney in person.
