How does arkansas open contaner law read?

We were stop at safty road block the driver and 1 passenger had nothing alcohol related to drink.1 passenger had been drinking and had open contaner discoverd when all persons ordered out of vichicle. Drinker was isued open contaner on highway. I do under stand I tought probition endded in 1934.

Arkansas, to my knowledge, does not have a traditional open container law. They have however made drinking in public illegal - essentially the same thing. It would be helpful to have more facts, but essentially you probably arrive in the same place.
