The plates belonged to my old car and I got the car insured as soon as I came home on same date. I bought this car recently the car had major body damage and it was in he body shop for a over month. I transferred the title under my name but I didn't get temporary plates because the car was in the shop. And I finally got the car back on Friday I was not able to register it because DMV was closed and I was gonna do it on Monday. This is my first offense my driving record over the last 7 is pretty good I have maybe 1-2 speeding tickets. What will be the fine, will there be suspension of my license? I have all the documents now valid I drive the car. But I'm pretty nervous about the court date. I live in Aurora, Colorado. Any response is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You need an attorney that handles traffic issues. Usually the best to find an attorney like that is in the DUI attorney section.
