How do I extend my i94 validity without traveling outside US?

Hello, I have a situation regarding my I-94 and, I seek best possible course of action. My i94 expires on June 17 2020. This was determined based on my passport expiry date at POE, even though my H1b validity is until 9/30/2021. I have my new passport now so should I extend my i-94 to new have new validity date? Of course I don't want to travel to Mexico or anywhere just to get new i94. How I can I extend mi i94 to legally stay and work in US? Are there any workaround due to covid-19 situation.
