I applied for B2 visa to visit my fiance'. Was it a wrong visa category?

I applied for B2 visa to visit my fiance', and we planned to get married before the travel. I said the same thing to VO, and my visa was denied under 214b. in this case does 214 b means: -Did not sufficiently demonstrate to the consular officer that you qualify for the nonimmigrant visa category you applied for or Did not overcome the presumption of immigrant intent, required by law, by sufficiently demonstrating that you have strong ties to your home country that will compel you to leave the United States at the end of your temporary stay. Given the fact that I was taking leave from my office, and had return ticket, this never came up in the discussion with VO. Entire discussion was about marriage and when it is planned for. Last question that she asked was: So you guys getting married before the travel?

You were apparently denied for all the above listed grounds. You really need to "flush" all this out to prepare and present a proper, hopefully approvable application after having consulted with an attorney over Skype. Otherwise you will have no other option but to ask your Fiance to come and visit you where you currently are.

It appears that you were denied for BOTH reasons. Talk to an attorney via Skype ... or make arrangements for your fiance to come and visit you.

Your country of domicile and your job position also played a role on that denial decision, am sure.

Well, now it's either your fiancee filing for K-1 visa for you or fiancee coming to marry you somewhere else but NOT in USA and then doing consular processing. Money is a concern for most people, but you can surely benefit from professional legal help at this point.
