I am 17 years old and I am starting an online business in Virginia. I am wondering what legal aspects I need to address before starting my business. I am very confused with the LLC and the taxes and stuff like that. I have researched and some people say you don't need it to start and only to get these things if your business goes well. I would like to know if this is true. Thank you for your help :)
