Sounds like your supplier may be providing you with counterfeit goods. I will advise you against importing and reselling counterfeit goods here in the U.S., as there are so many potential traps beginning at the production facilities, then following you to customs, through the port, to your warehouse and ending up at the retail site, that will get you investigated, prosecuted and convicted. I had a client a few years ago that thought he had a viable business selling over produced True Religion jeans. Next thing you know, Customs confiscated his shipment in San Pedro, and when he went to pick up, they arrested him. It turned out that his shipment was one of the largest counterfeit shipments of jeans in ICE history and he caught a serious Federal case. In the event that the supplier overseas is providing you with authentic brand name items, I can almost be certain that they are violating some agreement they have with the manufacturer or the company themselves, and you are now facilitating their fraudulent conduct. If the at-issue company were to seek to redress those wrongs, you may be brought into the legal matter as a person relevant to the transaction. If it sounds too good to be true...
