Missing Creditor Bankruptcy ?

Hi I had 2 credit cards from chase bank I listed both amounts in the Bankruptcy form now when I checked pacer and clicked on creditors I see there is just one chase bank in there I mean they should listed twice right or just because it's the same bank they did it once ? please advice

It is the same bank, it doesn't matter.

For notice purposes each creditor is listed only once in the mailing matrix and list of creditors regardless of how many outstanding loans or claims they may have.
