I was working for am company and was in a car accident on april 14th after the dr released me I contacted the owner of the franchise as I was the general manager in training and told them I was released and could come back (it was only 3 days with a fractured collar bone) and he said " with all the virus stuff going on i dont have enough sales to bring you back you will need to seek employment elsewhere"

You may not know it but you actually have mutliple issues going on that much more information is needed to fully answer. First, was the car wreck on company time? Second, was the car wreck your fault or someone else's? Third, were you eligible for FMLA through the company? (This has many questions too it, too many for this forum). There would likely be some other issues/questions about newer laws concerning Covid-19 and unemployment. But, safe to say you need to personally speak with an attorney regarding these issues to be able to get some answers about where you stand.
