What is the legal way to get my 31 year old daughter & her guest to leave my home?

I allowed my daughter & grandson to move into my home Before Thanksgiving 2019 with a verbal agreement to pay $200 per month. As of the end of Jan 2020 she has paid $190 & no payment since then. She lost her Food Stamp allotment in Feb 2020 & therefore has provided little in the way of food for her child. All food & bills are being paid by me. She has tried to move a male guest into her room against my will. They are both unemployed. She has both drug & severe mental issues which make her aggressive to both myself & her child. She & her boyfriend use drugs in my home despite repeated warnings to desist. In Ohio, do I file a 3 day eviction notice first or a 30 day notice?
You should consider hiring a lawyer to make sure that this is done correctly and as soon as it's possible to do it. If there is violence or threats of violence you can obtain a Domestic Violence Civil Protection Order, which would immediately remove them from the house. You could then proceed with the eviction to make sure that they don't come back.
I agree with attorney Ertle. Definitely retain an attorney to evict her. But that process will take a while, since OH courts are suspended and not doing eviction hearings yet.
When they resume, there will be a backlog, so that could take a couple months for you to get her out by eviction. Get a protection order to get her out if necessary. Meanwhile, you should contact children's services if she is not able to provide proper care for her child because of drug use and mental problems. You could seek temporary custody. Talk to a local attorney.
