It's too late to object to the relocation of your daughters now. However, if you want to file for some type of partial custody, you would need to file for custody in Florida and in the county where your children reside.

You will have to file in Florida in the county where the kids reside. If you file for visits, you may find that the court will be very willing to order visitation, holidays and vacations.

I agree with my colleagues. Once a child has relocated and resides in another state for at least six months, residency changes to the new home state. Objections to relocation need to be made immediately. Any changes or requests you may have regarding the children must now be brought in Florida. Good luck.

Since your children have been in Florida for such a long time, you must file your petition for visitation in Florida. If it is safe for your children to have contact with you, I would expect a Florida court to order contact resume even though it has been many years since you've seen your children. You should reach out to an attorney in the area where your children are now living. Good luck!
