I wonder how long it takes to give me AP and EAD combo after I submit I-130 & I-485 together? Would the COVID-19 lead to slower than usual?

Pre-coronavirus you could expect approval of the EAD combo card in about 5 months. If you have no biometrics on file, it could take longer because you will need for USCIS to reopen so that you can get photographed and fingerprinted.

I'm assuming that you also filed form I-131 and I-765. Yes, the COVID-19 situation seems to be causing a delay beyond the 'normal' 90-120 days for processing.

USCIS publishes processing times on the website. Normally it takes 3 to 6 months but it may be taking longer at the present time. You need to have current biometrics and you may need to wait until the application support offices reopen for biometrics to be taken.

It generally takes between 3-5 months for approval with possible delays given Covid.

Since COVID19 has closed the ASC USCIS offices (place for biometrics to be taken, and if the foreign national has not had biometrics taken previously by USCIS, the initial I131/I765 in an AOS filing will likely be slower than published processing times because the foreign national will need to wait for the biometrics appointment first. However, if biometrics have been taken previously by USCIS ASC, then they may be able to re-use them and the process can go faster (I've seen this in practice).
