Nothing you write makes any sense. A case management conference is a status conference. It’s not something you file. A certificate of service is filed to confirm a document was served.
A defendant cannot file a case management. As far as the certificate, you are likely referring to a certificate of service that was filed by the defense to establish a record that a particular document has been filed and/or served.
In any event, you should absolutely stop everything you are doing, and consult with a personal injury attorney immediately. You will never receive just compensation (or any compensation for that matter) unless you are represented. Also, many of us work on a contingent basis, so you will not have to pay anything out of pocket to obtain the representation and guidance of an experienced professional who can work with you to ensure your recovery is maximized. It is certainly worth reaching out immediately to see if attorneys are willing to take your case.
I think it best that you look at the documents themselves and not what they are called in the docket listings. That said, it is likely that the defendant wants to have a conference before the judge about something that the judge found interesting. Some communication between the defendant and the court must have occurred with which you should have been served.
