me an my son father have beemn living togather for a year we have split up ive been offered a chance to move in with a friend into a house where me an my son will have a room can my son father take him from me because of this
Who you live with and your relationship with that person, whether roommate, boyfriend or otherwise will be relevant to the best interests of the child and something the Other Side can bring up, but there are lots of things that the Court considers and it rarely, if ever, just comes down to one thing. If you consider this roommate to be safe, appropriate and part of a positive living environment for your child then that is probably just fine (but it doesn't mean it won't get "brought up")
