My friend draws pornography of adult characters and she’s a minor, someone told her that what she’s doing is illegal and she could get arrested for drawing pornography. This stressed her out so I’m asking this question to know whether it is illegal or not.

No, it is not legal. Your "friend" is still creating liability for themselves under numerous state and federal statutes.

How exactly does someone specify the age of someone they're drawing? OK has some very strict pornography laws, and all states and federal law prohibit child pornography, so your "friend" should direct her artistic ambitions in a different direction.
