Did my employer retaliate against me or is this considered retaliation?

I have screenshots of every conversation my employer and I have had. It started with a message about the schedule I wanted to leave earlier for school. Out of fear she would say no, I told a white lie saying it was a mandatory class. I’m in online school but I’m trying to find a good school and work balance for I had been falling behind in my school. After the conversation, the message I sent to the assistant about me staying home with my partner who was really sick, was screen shotted and sent to me. I think it was an accident because after my schedule message I was told to stay home for 10 days due to the covid-policy. I was told I could return to work the 25th then I was put on call. Actually my name wasn’t even on the schedule like the other girls and still isn’t. Then I was asked to have a meeting I said I can come in that fallowing Monday and was ignored when I asked what time the meeting was. Tuesday I got sick with a fever and couldn’t go in due to their policy, my employer asked me to come in tomorrow and wants me to bring a doctors note clearing me for work. She’s says I’m not being respectful and unreliable and she accepts my resignation if I don’t bring the note.

Retaliation is some action taken against you because you engaged in protected activity. Retaliation is not your employer doing something you dont like. It sounds like your employer is enforcing their sick policy and you've been dishonest about your schedule.
