My boyfriends mother is qualified as an unfit mother so they took her daughter away so now my boyfriends aunt is trying to get custody of her as soon as possible she was just put in a foster home. Now his aunt has 3 kids and 2 bedroom apartment would she still be able to get custody even without her having her own bedroom ? How can she go about it ? And do you think the court would agreed to let her get custody

If child protective services is involved and is considering a removal, they are obligated to consider relatives before placing the child in foster care. Make sure they are aware of family resources. Based upon accommodations, and not knowing specifically what Social Services rules and regulations say about required space, can't tell you for sure if her lack of available rooms will impact CPS decision. Seeking custody of the child is a different issue. Would need to know more information, starting with where is the other parent. You should speak with a lawyer who handles family court matters. Good luck.
