What is the punishment for missing a court appointed mediation?
I live in Florida and I can't afford to go up there. They refuse to do mediation over the phone.

Failure to attend a court directed mediation could result in contempt of court which certainly could result in a body attachment for arrest to appear before the court and answer as to why the court's order to attend was violated.
