It also means that you will be convicted of the crimes that have been included in the disposition offer and that if you fail to keep the peace and be of good behavior, the court could find you to be a violator of that suspended sentence and order you to serve a portion of that 5 years, all of that 5 years, or none of that 5 years in prison.
