Well, you have a few options... You can wait until your probation has been completed or petition for early termination of probation. This all depends on when you actually received your DUI conviction and sentenced.
I would need more facts but feel free to contact my office with any questions you may have.

Generally, when you are done with your probationary period - which is usually 3 years on a first time DUI - you can file a Petition for Dismissal. You can expect to be successful if you had no violations, your record is otherwise clean, and you are not on probation for any other cases.
The other attorneys are correct. However try to understand that this will not affect your DMV record in any way what so ever. This only affects your criminal history not your driving record. This means that on your criminal history it will appear as a dismissal rather than a conviction. This is a great thing as you can legally answer no to the question “have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony” except with a few exceptions (those being licensing boards or government employment). The DMV driving record will remain unaffected by an expungement. This will stay in existence for 10 years.

If you are not on probation, and have no other pending charges, then you are eligible for an expungement on your DUI. If you are still on probation, it may be possible to get an early termination of probation in order to move forward with your expungement. There is more detailed info about expungements on http://1duilawyer.com/?page_id=153 . Feel free to contact me to discuss in more detail.
