My USCIS account says "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS".. how long does it take to get a response?

I'm married to a green card holder, he's in the states and I'm living abroad. On March 2020, we submitted the i130 form. Since the 19th of November, our USCIS account has been saying: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS".
I want to know:
- How long will it take until I get a response from them regarding the approval of my form?
- What's the approximate estimated time (in your opinion) for completion of this case?
I don't know which service center my case is in because it doesn't say it on my USCIS account, but my husband is located in Tuscon, Arizona.

It might take several months for USCIS to make a decision on the I-130. Right now the processing times for an I-130 is about 6-9 months. For completion, you are looking at about 14-15 months from the initial filing.
