Can my employer give my paycheck to someone else to give to me?

I suggest that you give the person written authorization. If your employer is the suspicious type, have your signature notarized. And send a notice (perhaps by e-mail or by phone) that you are having someone pick up the check. It shouldn't pose a problem. Good luck toy ou.
