Nursing home lost my moms hearing aid in 1week, who is responsible to replace it
They were singing it in and out, but they are refusing to replace.

Generally, nursing homes are not responsible for the personal property of residents, so I would be very surprised if it agreed to replace your mom's hearing aid. I wish it were different, but this has been my experience.
