The barbershop below my apartment plays room shaking music. I have asked them to stop but they still continue. Can I sue?

I live with family in a 2 family apartment above some commercial stores(barbershop, salon, deli). I've lived here for about 10 years and recently a new owner of the barbershop installed a giant speaker and has been playing it loud enough to vibrate my entire room. I've asked him once to turn it down, he complied but then turned it up again a few weeks later. I asked AGAIN to turn it down and at this point I'm considering getting the landlord involved. I work from home so the music is disturbing my ability to work. If the landlord does not do anything to remedy the situation what legal action(if any) can I purse against the barbershop owner?

Each of the counsel above have suggested viable alternatives for you. You can choose to pursue one or more of those avenues and, if you sue, possibly seek to restrain the barbershop from continuing to cause any undo noise levels.
