The respondent have hidden his assets of which are several cars, a few houses and two businesses... i have proof of the three houses... non on the business, but he is on parole, with these items... how can I get any other proof to show in court on the business and cars is this public knowledge? help me with this matter any advise would be helpful. thanks.
You need a NY lawyer to help you with this not an out of state lawyer on a public forum. Certainly $29/wk is minimal and with the right rep[resentation you should be able to get an increase.
