Will I get full custody for my kid from abusive husband?

I’d like to get full custody for my son from abusive husband. He’s been hitting me for multiple years and being abusive in front of the kid and now I can’t take it anymore. Long story short, he cheated (multiple times but not sexually) and when I found out these and how he treated me I cheated too (once but sexually involved) now he’s getting more abusive since he found out I cheated. I’m trying to get evidences of him being abusive especially in front of kid but so far I only have some photos of scars when he hit me. I’m the main one who takes care of kid he doesn't really do anything. But my issue now is I don’t have firm evidence he’s being abusive yet but so scared when it happens so I want to get this issue fixed ASAP.

You need to get yourself and your kids out of this home. Lingering in the home trying to gather evidence by getting him to hit you will at a minimum get you hurt and at the worse get you killed. Worry abut custody and other things later. Right now your priority needs to be on your personal safety and security. When you are in a safe place, contact a local women's shelter and talk to them about your housing and legal options. I've posted a link below. https://andvsa.org/find-help/member-programs/ Good luck
