I met with the judge & he told me my case was thrown out without my knowing & there has been no reason for that i had been consistently there weekly attending my court matters & then i won my full custody case for both my kids & the mom didn't like it she filled against it and today i showed up to court at 9am but my court wasn't until 9:30am but there was a power outage until like 10am at the court house and after they put me infront of a screen in a room and told me they would call my case when i was my turn so i waited & around 11am they just shut me out & turned off the screen so i asked the sheriff & he said that wasn't right & he walked me upstairs told me to wait & came back & said the commissioner will come out & speak to me & the sheriff left & then 2 other ladies came out & handed me pappers saying it was entered in default because i didn't attend & thats not right at all .......i have reasons to believe that the commissioner tried to throw my case out & now shes being unfair

You have a very limited time to object to the ruling and take the matter to a judge, only 14 days. So get with an assertive attorney immediately
