If your daughter fears for her safety, or wants this person out of her home and he refuses to leave, she can call the police to have him removed, as well as file for injunctive relief for protection from abuse, or if he's in the home at her initial invitation to reside there as a tenant, she can file for eviction. I do not see a factual basis for a violation of parole in your question, and it is unclear how you have any standing to complain about his conduct as he is not living in your home. I understand you may have reason to fear for your daughter's safety, which you have not adequately articulated with specific facts, but your daughter is the one who needs to act.
