Walgreens used a defective syringe during my 15 year old daughter’s vaccination. They would not provide any written information, the lot #. My daughter’s arm was sore. When we went to the hospital to recurve the 2nd dose. We discovered Walgreens did not report the incident to any agencies. We reported to the pediatrician and he is scheduling her for an antibody test. When we went to the hospital for the 2nd dose, we discovered Walgreens failed to report the incident. Horizon is our insurance company.

Did you have a legal question? Not sure what you are asking for help with. Daughter got a shot at a drug store ( I am guessing a Covid vaccine) and her arm is sore (as are many/most after a shot).

You have made a statement, not asked a question. But if your question is can you sue Walgreens as your daughter was not harmed you have no grounds to sue for.
