What steps should I take when somebody sabotages my business

I was going unto business with a friend and I bought everything from out of my own pocket. Truck,carts,supplies,inventory. Her boyfriend borrowed my truck and brought it back full of trash and dirty after I had asked for it not to have trash in there. A week later it still wasn't cleaned out so I could go have it covid sterilized. I asked for it to be cleaned out one more time. She then took it upon herself to drive my vehicle without notification to empty it and my brake lines were damaged. She called me and told me about the brakes and that she would have them fixed within 2 days. I was also told that they were the wrong brake lines on it and thats what caused them to give out. My truck still isn't fixed. And I had to file a police report for more damage done. My inventory is all gone. And the money I had given for ice and to open business accounts with the ice house has not been returned. She will no longer answer my calls or give me my money back or talk to me
