Want to sue a (Sears outlet) but they are out of business. The new company is (American freight.) but I bought from Searsoutlet.

I purchased a refrigerator in july2019 along with a 3 year warranty. The fridge had a freezing problem and we had several service calls, but nothing work. In March 2021 they granted us a new replacement refrigerator but to this date 08-10-21 we are still waiting for our replacement. We bought the warranty and it seems like they are just lying to us each and every time they say they are going to deliver it. Matter a fact a delivery was scheduled for today and they called and they said they have to reschedule. This is simply a nightmare. We have purchased a fridge and warranty and the company is jus giving us the run around for months. We don't know what to do.
