Back payment for child support?

2 views 1 answers
He didn't acknowledge paternity when i got pregnant so in our divorce papers, it states we don't have any kids together. Also, it's just my name on our son's birth certificate. He is 6 now and i want all the back payments and need the court order established for contiguous payments. I have proof of emails sent to him to be responsible for his son over a long period of time.

he is not the legal father. thus he owes no support. you may be precluded from attempting to have him determined he is the father if your divorce papers say no children born during the marriage and you are not then pregnant. take you divorce papers to a local divorce lawyer for real advice.
